About the Recipe

Ingredients
Frozen package of your favorite store purchased French fries (I prefer skinny or fast-food style)
Olive Oil
Salt
Garlic
Parsley (Italian)
Preparation
Step 1
In a bullet or blender add 2 cups of parsley, ¾ cup of olive oil and 3 garlic cloves which have been peeled and roughly chopped.
Step 2
Cook ½ of your bags French fries in the oven as per the instructions on the bag. You want to make sure the fries are crispy. If not, the sauce will saturate into the middle of each fry, and you will be left with a sloppy mess.
Step 3
Once the fries are done, immediately salt the fries to your liking and place them aside for a minute. Pulse the mixture in the bullet or processor until you get a good consistency (10 Seconds) and pour the sauce into a big bowl. It is best to pulse right before you mix them with the fries as to not have the sauce separate. Once in the bowl, place the fries on top and toss the fries with some tongs to coat each fry evenly. Once tossed, transfer the fries to a plate or bowl with the tongs and discard any leftover sauce.
